The Carriage House

The centerpiece of the property: a 4,000-square-foot two-story Carriage House that seats a dinner of up to 100, with indoor and outdoor spaces for conversation and cocktails overlooking the grounds. If it rains, the whole ceremony and reception move inside — the rain plan is built in, not an afterthought.

The meadow and gardens

Ceremonies are held on open grass against the Douglas-fir tree line, with flower and vegetable gardens and the iris-ringed pond close by for photographs. The ten acres give a wedding room to breathe — and a picture-perfect backdrop wherever the couple turns.

The bridal suite & Groom’s Quarters

A spacious bridal suite gives the bride and her party a calm, private place to get ready, and a charming cottage serves as the Groom’s Quarters. Both are on the grounds, so the morning of the wedding stays unhurried and close to where the day will happen.

She treats each event as her own.

Bear Creek Meadows is run personally by Deborah, who hosts every wedding and gathering herself rather than handing it to a coordinator. Couples describe her as hands-on, flexible, and genuinely invested — accommodating with many changes, and calm when plans move.

That personal attention is the difference between a hall you rent and a place you are welcomed into. It is why couples call the venue a hidden gem, and why the grounds feel less like a facility and more like being hosted on a beautiful ten acres for a day.
